Resizing Your Images

If  using Microsoft Office to resize photos:

Right click on image to check size (eg, 3MG)

Open with Microsoft Office

Edit pictures

Resize

Percentage of original width and height

Choose desired percentage (eg 70%)

Save image using the title you have chosen eg: Rain Dance

Check size

Repeat if necessary until between 1MG - 2MG

Save image 

If  using Apple Mac:

Double Click the Image to open in preview

Go to Tools > Adjust Size

Change the width of the Image down (making sure the 'Scale proportionally & rescale Image check box is ticked)

Wait for the new resulting size to calculate & repeat until your Image is 2MB or under

Click OK
